If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us you may return it and get a refund or exchange the product. If the change involves a change of style you should pay the price difference that exists between them. In both cases the transport charges will not be credited, nor those of the initial shipment or return. No returns will be accepted without the previous written authorization of New Rock. For a return you must contact us within 7 days after delivery of the products to you.
The product must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.
New Rock Shoes not allow returns of custom manufacturing or similar products.

If the New Rocks Boots are in any way defective, take photos of the defects and send them to [email protected] New Rock USA and the headquarters in Spain will make a decision and let you know if they are deemed returnable or not, in which case all your shipping costs will be covered. All returns are to be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.
