Black Leather Combat Boots, up to Mens US 16 *40 Days Shipping

I was looking for some gothic/industrial boots that could be worn everyday. I chose these because they had the industrial details but seemed practical enough to be worn during daylight hours. The leather is a heavy grade and they are put together very well. They will require breaking in, but I prefer this because it means they will last a lifetime. This 'combat' boot wear more like a motorcycle boot. Movement in the ankle is limited. This will likely loosen with wear, but probably not a lot. The zippered side is functional for getting in and out of. I've owned lace-up boots before with side-zippers that were placed wrong, rendering the zipper useless. Although these boots are a bit more expensive than other brands, I feel confident they're worth every penny. I would be very surprised if they broke (common goth-boot breakage: ripped out eyelets, sole breaks in half, sole come unglued from shoe). Lastly, I want to comment on the service. I ordered my boots online and was nervous about ordering the wrong size. The US site has US sizes, but everywhere else describes NewRock shoes in Euro sizes. Also, the website states they they have very strict rules about returns, so I didn't want to guess the conversion wrong. I made a note about my concern in my order, and the next business day I got a call from the guy who runs the place (I don't know his name because I forgot to ask - I'm sorry!). He asked me a few questions to make sure I had ordered the right size (and I hadn't). They didn't have my size in stock, so he had to order them from the manufacturer in Spain. He warned me it might take up to a month to receive them. Two days later, I get a delivery to my door FROM SPAIN. Ultimately, I am very happy with these boots and my customer experience with this company.

Great customer service!! The manufacturer didn't ship directly to Puerto Rico. But instead of saying "sorry dude, can't do it", you guys received the boots yourselves and shipped them to me in Puerto Rico. I got them in a couple of weeks after placing my order. The quality of the boots is great, very confortable and look amazing.
